How long does the home inspection take?
A typical home inspection takes about 4 hours to complete for the average house. In conclusion a detailed report of 30 pages on average is generated.
Can I come to the inspection?
Yes, after the inspection period a "review" period is offered to the buyer or interested party. Together we will walk the property and through the house. We will take as much time as needed to view and discuss anything that may have come up in the report.

How long does a Radon measurement take?
For real estate transactions a "short term" or "time sensitive" measurement is conducted. On average it takes 48 hours. A continuous radon monitor is used for the measurement and results can be produced the same day of test completion.

How will I receive reports?
Clarity Home Inspections uses the most up to date and reliable software and devices to produce reports and measurements. When completed, they can be emailed in PDF form or printed. ​​
